  If I have any criticism, well, I rang to order the pizzas and was told 15 minutes wait, we arrived there in 15 minutes and then waited a further 10 - 15. It appears they need a better system for working out when orders will be ready (in peak periods).

  Upon the disgust of his attitude towards, what I thought was a loyal customer, when I went to pay for the meal, he commented again whilst laughing "See you again, maybe next time you will be lucky"

  Amazing food and service. The atmosphere in this place is amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The serving size if massive so be prepared, and don't over-order.

  I haven't ordered delivery from this restaurant in 6 months, where I found the food always nice. Tonight, it was the first time I actually went into the restaurant. Upon sitting down, we were given warm water and no acknowledgement/welcoming from the waitress. All three of us ordered the "beef & reef" for $30.00 each. The steak (300gm) was not only overcooked, but the quality of the meat was that fatty, it resulted in the meat being so chewy, it was not funny. When I attempted to let the owner (Sam) know of how we couldn't eat/finish our steaks, he completely ignored me and went on to let me know "it's the best steak you will ever have". I continued to deny this fact and he advised me that "I get the steak for $45 p/kg (not that I pay that) from St. Helena and it's the best cut of meat ever". He continued to completely ignore my further attempt for feedback advising me that "You were obviously the unlucky ones".
